Join us for a panel discussion with financial advisors and an estate planning attorney as they guide you through strategies to engage professional advisors more deeply in your work of funding your mission through legacy giving.

Lisa Westmoreland Collier is a Managing Director with Raymond James. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Lisa graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration. She is a member of Junior League of Baton Rouge and St. Joseph’s Academy Alumnae Board. When not working, Lisa enjoys travelling with her husband and two daughters, watching women’s basketball, and playing trivia with family and friends. She launched her career at Scharff & Jones, Inc. in 1985, which then merged into Morgan Keegan & Company Inc. in 1990. Subsequently, she joined Raymond James & Associates, Inc. following the 2013 merger, and is currently employed in the South Baton Rouge office.
Chris Mensi: Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley
Chris Mensi is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and launched his advisory practice in 2020 after a 12-year career in the non-profit fundraising sector. His career has spanned large and small educational non-profits, covering all facets of fundraising - from annual fund to major gifts and planned giving.
Chris is dedicated to delivering customized financial strategies and advice to his clients, and his experience in charitable giving allows him to help high net worth clients maximize their impact through tax-efficient giving strategies. His expertise spans financial planning and investment management, estate planning, philanthropic services, retirement planning, and insurance needs.
A graduate of Mississippi State University, Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish, as well as completing his MBA. He served eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve. He is married to his wife Megan, and they have two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Eleanor.
Laurie Kadair, Estate Planning Attorney, Kadair Law Firm LLC
Laurie Kadair is a sole practitioner and owner of Kadair Law Firm LLC in Baton Rouge, where she practices primarily in the areas of trust administration, estate planning, and successions. Ms. Kadair currently serves as trustee for more than 60 trusts, many of which are special needs trusts. She earned her B.S. degree from Trinity University in San Antonio and her J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. Ms. Kadair is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Estate and Business Planning Council of Baton Rouge, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge. She also serves on the Governor's Task Force for Elderly Affairs, the Board of Directors for Health Centers in Schools, and as a CASA volunteer.
