Collaboration and Corporate Citizenship
Led by Tre Nelson
Director of Economic Development and Community Initiatives, Ochsner Health

Corporate citizenship is how a company exercises its rights, obligations, privileges, and overall corporate responsibility within our local and global environments. Whether we call it environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), great corporate citizenship goes beyond a focus on addressing surface-level sustainability efforts or corporate philanthropy. Today’s leading responsible corporations draw on the collective impact of a variety of initiatives that address an array of trends and emerging issues.
With years of experience and a certificate from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, Tre Nelson will guide through ways to build powerful corporate partnerships and provide examples from his work at Ochsner Health.
