What To Do…When You Don’t Know What to Do!

Presented by:

Susie Furr, Phelps Dunbar

Susie Furr, an attorney with Phelps Dunbar, will join us in March to educate us on employment law relating to harassment issues and our responsibilities as employers and co-workers. We will discuss “real-life” situations and strategies for addressing issues related to sexual harassment in the fundraising workplace. If harassment involves a donor to your organization, the situation has an added complexity. We want our members to be able to prevent workplace harassment by having the right knowledge, training and systems in place. If you have a scenario, situation or past experience that you would like addressed or think others would benefit from hearing about, please email the details to adamslaurie70@gmail.com so she can pass the scenario on to our speaker. Don’t miss this is a great opportunity to ask questions and share with others solutions that you have found to addressing workplace harassment.
