Michelle Lawrence Bidwell, MPH is a fundraising strategist, evaluation expert, and trusted partner to nonprofit organizations and foundations locally and nationally. She holds a Master of Public Health in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and is driven by a mission to dismantle systemic disparities and uplift communities through education, data, strategic development, and collaboration.
As Founder and CEO of Granted Advisors, a Louisiana-based consulting firm, Michelle leads a high-impact team specializing in grant writing, program design, evaluation, and capacity-building. Under her leadership, the firm has helped secure tens of millions in funding for clients across sectors such as public health, education, criminal justice reform, veteran services, youth opportunity, environmental justice, and community development.
Michelle brings over a decade of experience blending technical expertise with a collaborative coaching approach. She is especially known for advancing equitable evaluation and participatory methodologies that help organizations embed learning and data into daily practice. Her work empowers mission-driven leaders to build strong, sustainable programs and infrastructures—ultimately helping them scale solutions and drive lasting, community-centered change.
