Donor Retention Master Class - From Required to Extraordinary

Join fundraising master trainer, Chad Barger, CFRE, for a master class focused on the importance of donor retention. Attendees will learn simple, actionable steps that you can take to boost donor retention in your organization. Attendees will also complete several exercises which will review and map the donor touch points at their organization, providing a clear road map of what needs to be improved. Time will also be spent sharing creative stewardship ideas. Participants will leave the session with a greater understanding of what they can do to improve donor retention and the start of an improvement plan for their organization. Attendees are asked to bring two items with them:

1. A copy of their most recent fundraising plan/calendar:
2. An example of their favorite donor care touch point from the past few years.
