The session will explore how generational differences show up in fundraising relationships with donors, boards, and teams, and how understanding those differences can strengthen trust, communication, and long-term engagement. It’s designed to be practical, relational, and immediately applicable for fundraising professionals working across multiple generations.

Chicken Supreme (Grilled chicken cooked with onion, herbs, and spices in a sherry butter sauce)

Shrimp Remoulade Salad (Iceberg and romaine lettuce topped with boiled baby gulf shrimp and our homemade remoulade dressing; garnished with carrot sticks and egg wedges. Guests will not receive an appetizer salad or stuffed potato with this option)

Crawfish Etouffee (Served with garlic bread)

Catfish Lefete (Fillet of fresh catfish fried and topped with crawfish etouffee)
