Presented by: Tovi S. Liebovitz
Regional Event Specialist
Qtego Auction Services
Qtego Auction Services is a new way to use mobile phones as a mega fundraising tool.
Qtego's mobile technology streamlines silent auctions, event planning, registration, check-out, and follow-up, giving you the opportunity to enjoy time with your sponsors and guests.
Join our luncheon for an interactive educational presentation of Qtego Auction Services for your chance to test drive the technology and win free auction prizes! Don’t miss out on the fun and learn more about how this software may benefit your next fundraising event!
At the conclusion of the presentation, the learner should be able to:
1. Describe the mobile bidding process and switching from paper to technology
2. Gather statistics and data from mobile bidding
3. Integrate sponsors with mobile bidding
4. Discuss recommendations with mobile bidding
You’ve been there: planning an auction event, dealing with papers and forms and tallies, lines and loss of momentum and no time to actually talk to your donors…
…or struggling with another software that limits pictures and descriptions, is clunky to use or—your worst nightmare—completely goes down in the middle of the event.
Enter Qtego Auction Services. Silent auction events just became your favorite thing. With rock-solid technology, helpful concierge staff, and streamlined uploading, check-in, and check-out procedures, Qtego changes the game. Now, instead of the stress and headaches of pulling off a successful event, you can relax and enjoy the evening. Spend time with your guests and sponsors, advancing your cause and building relationships—thanks to Qtego’s revolutionary mobile bidding silent auction technology.
