BIO
 
Beverly Brooks Thompson, Ph.D., CFRE, is a published academic and practitioner in philanthropic leadership with more than 25 years of fundraising campaign experience. She specializes in major and mega gift strategies, campaign counsel and readiness, leadership coaching, and organizational capacity building, combining proven advancement principles with custom-tailored approaches to help organizations and donors achieve meaningful impact.

A boneless breast of chicken, marianted in a sweet and spicy sauce, grilled over an open flame.

Crawfish Etoufee

Served with garlic bread. 

Shrimp Supreme

A luch portion of jumbo shrimp broiled in sherry, butter, onions, lemon, and spices.

Fried Catfish Platter

Catfish fillets fried to perfection, served with hushpuppies.
